Cleverdale Stewardship Group

The Group’s mission is to “Protect Lake George quality by increasing awareness of everything in our neighborhood that could be detrimental to Lake and by doing all we can to improve Lake George water quality.” Their motto is “Ours to Preserve”.
The Group has engaged in various initiatives such as Keep the Queen Clean. The Group has been active in monitoring boat launches in order to limit the introduction of additional aquatic invasive species which strengthens the Mandatory Boat inspections.  They have also participated in the Lake George Park Commission’s annual Asian clam survey as well as the Lake George Association’s Asian clam collection days. The Steering Committee consists of Steve Seaboyer and Tom Sargent, Co-Chairs as well as Kim Garry, Pete Collins, Rosemary Pusateri, Tricia Freer, Pat Burke, Anne Campell, and Mike Badera.
