This is an image of an all lake water quality committees meeting in summer 2013 in Usher's Park. Hague Water Quality Committee members attended. Hague had an active water quality awareness group and Al Rider was the chair.
HWQACommittee mission

• increase the awareness of its members and local residents about Lake George water quality issues, and what can be done about them
• promote local actions, both by individuals (such as the development and use of their property) and by relevant local government and other organizations
• promote stronger and more coordinated actions throughout the Lake George basin to help create a “Ring of Protection” around the Lake.

The HWQAC took the lead in distributing the Adirondack Lawn Signs.
